Shipping & Returns.

 

  • UK shipping is £3.95.

    Shipping is tracked and you will be notified via e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

    Your order should arrive between 2-5 working days,if your order is placed over the weekend please allow 1 extra day.

    Any order returned to Cocoove is at the customers expense .

    Times scales for made to order will be advise at time of purchase.(usually approx. 1 week plus dispatch time).

  • Online orders are currently available for delivery within the UK. For selected European destinations or the United States, please contact us before ordering and we will provide a personal shipping quote.

  • You can return an item for a refund ,minus postage and packaging charges within 14days of receiving your order as long as item is un-worn and in its original packaging with tags attached.

    Please e-mail for a return booking before return is made.

    Cocoove reserve the right not to refund items that show signs of wear or tags removed.

    Cocoove cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit.

    All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until signed for by Cocoove.

    Any order returned to Cocoove is at the customers expense.

    UK ,We can book this for you and a £4.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund for this service. We will e-mail you full details at the time of request.

  • For made to order items please allow 5-10 days after purchase for your item to be made and dispatched. Custom & Bespoke orders you will be advised at time of order estimated time for your garment to be made and shipped.
